Regulations on the dosage and usage of polypropylene fibers:

1. Used for crack resistant putty

Using 2-3mm long fibers, adding 0.5-1.0kg of polypropylene fibers per ton of anti cracking putty. According to actual requirements, longer lengths or slightly increased fiber usage can be used in moderation.

2. Used for bottom mortar (the maximum particle size of functional bone polypropylene fiber is below 1mm)

Using 6-12mm long fibers, with a principle of 3g fibers per kilogram of cement. Generally, dry mixing is carried out before adding water. When the cement content per cubic meter of mortar is below 400kg, the minimum dosage is 1.2kg of fiber per cubic meter; When the cement content is above 400kg, the fiber dosage should be increased according to the requirement of adding 3g of fiber for every kilogram of cement added.

3. Concrete components, finished products, and floor slabs for general structures:

When using 19mm long fibers and a cement content of 350kg per cubic meter of concrete, the minimum dosage is 0.9kg fibers per cubic meter; When the cement content of each cubic meter of concrete is above 350kg, the fiber dosage should be increased according to the requirement of adding 2g of fiber for every kilogram of cement added.
