Precautions for using polypropylene fiber:

1. Polypropylene fibers cannot replace structural reinforcement materials, nor can they reduce the size of the main structure. It cannot be used alone to solve situations such as settlement, hydration heat of large volume concrete, and strong external impact.

2. According to the different engineering regions and locations, the dosage of polypropylene fibers should be adjusted accordingly. For regions with relatively high freeze-thaw resistance and areas with severe abrasion, it is advisable to increase the dosage appropriately.

3. Polypropylene fibers are only used as "secondary reinforcing bars" for concrete, rather than structural load-bearing steel bars, so the addition of polypropylene fibers cannot change the reinforcement ratio in the original design.

4. The management requirements for construction quality cannot be lowered due to the use of polypropylene fibers, and construction and maintenance must still be carried out in accordance with relevant national regulations.

5. Polypropylene fibers should be protected from rain during transportation. It should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent prolonged direct sunlight exposure.
